Pradeep Sharma Journey a Collage Student to CEO

Pradeep Sharma began his career as a simple e-Mitra operator during his college years. During this time, he realized that e-Mitra (Digital Service Centers) were not just a platform for delivering services, but could also become a valuable tool for saving time and money for the public. Additionally, e-Mitra kiosks could create new employment opportunities. Inspired by this vision, Pradeep took steps toward realizing his dreams.


On June 23, 2015, he founded Happy 2 Help U Technology (P) Limited in Nawalgarh, Rajasthan, with the goal of making government and non-government services simple and easily accessible to people. Just a few months after the company’s inception, it was also authorized to work as an enrollment agency under the Rajasthan government’s Jan Aadhar and Aadhaar projects. Pradeep's vision and hard work soon bore fruit when, on May 13, 2016, the company was recognized as a Local Service Provider (LSP) under the Rajasthan government’s e-Mitra project (operated by the Department of Information Technology and Communication). This allowed him to launch e-Mitra kiosks in the Jhunjhunu and Sikar districts, where the public could conveniently access essential services in one place. These milestones opened new doors of success for the company.


Building on this success, the company expanded its e-Mitra project, launching services in five districts on February 10, 2017, and later, on August 20, 2020, extending its reach to cover all of Rajasthan under the e-Mitra project. This success is a testament to Pradeep Sharma’s determination, dedication, and leadership abilities.


Through our extensive network of outlets, we are advancing financial, digital, and social inclusion across rural Rajasthan, empowering communities and bridging critical gaps in access to essential services.

e-Mitra : A Unified eService Delivery Platform

The e-Mitra Project was launched by the Government of Rajasthan in 2002 to provide quick and convenient delivery of citizen services. The initiative aims to deliver both government and private services transparently and cost-effectively at the doorstep of the common man. Currently, over 650 G2C (Government to Citizen) and B2C (Business to Citizen) services are available across all 50 districts in both rural and urban areas.


The services can be accessed through various delivery points, including:

  • Online web-based e-Mitra application
  • e-Mitra mobile app
  • 80,000 IT-enabled physical kiosks
  • 15,000 interactive e-Mitra Plus Service ATMs
  • e-Mitra @Home services


The e-Mitra platform facilitates essential services such as application submissions for recruitment exams, digitally signed certificates, PAN cards, ration cards, and more. In addition, B2C services include banking, insurance, agriculture, e-commerce, online education, and telemedicine. The platform supports various payment methods such as cash, net banking, and credit/debit cards, while also minimizing the need for document uploads by verifying data online through sources like Aadhaar and utility bills.


The e-Mitra Project serves as a single-window access point for all government and non-government services, ensuring efficiency and transparency. With over 85,000+ e-Mitra kiosks, it plays a crucial role in enhancing citizen convenience and promoting self-employment opportunities across the state.

ई-मित्र : एक एकीकृत ई-सेवा वितरण मंच

ई-मित्र परियोजना को राजस्थान सरकार द्वारा 2002 में नागरिक सेवाओं की त्वरित और सुविधाजनक डिलीवरी प्रदान करने के लिए शुरू किया गया था। इस पहल का उद्देश्य सभी सरकारी और निजी सेवाओं को आम जनता के दरवाजे पर पारदर्शी और लागत-कुशल तरीके से उपलब्ध कराना है। वर्तमान में, 600 से अधिक G2C (सरकार से नागरिक) और B2C (व्यवसाय से नागरिक) सेवाएं सभी 33 जिलों में ग्रामीण और शहरी क्षेत्रों में उपलब्ध हैं।


इन सेवाओं का उपयोग विभिन्न डिलीवरी पॉइंट्स के माध्यम से किया जा सकता है, जिसमें शामिल हैं:

  • ऑनलाइन वेब-आधारित ई-मित्र ऐप्लिकेशन
  • ई-मित्र मोबाइल ऐप
  • 80,000 IT-सक्षम भौतिक कियोस्क

ई-मित्र प्लेटफार्म आवेदन पत्रों की ऑनलाइन जमा करने, डिजिटल रूप से हस्ताक्षरित प्रमाण पत्र, पैन कार्ड, राशन कार्ड आदि जैसी आवश्यक सेवाओं को सक्षम बनाता है। इसके अलावा, B2C सेवाओं में बैंकिंग, बीमा, कृषि, ई-कॉमर्स, ऑनलाइन शिक्षा और टेलीमेडिसिन शामिल हैं। यह प्लेटफार्म नकद, नेट बैंकिंग और क्रेडिट/डेबिट कार्ड जैसे विभिन्न भुगतान विधियों का समर्थन करता है, और दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करने की आवश्यकता को भी कम करता है।


ई-मित्र परियोजना सभी सरकारी और गैर-सरकारी सेवाओं के लिए एकल खिड़की एक्सेस पॉइंट के रूप में कार्य करती है, जिससे दक्षता और पारदर्शिता सुनिश्चित होती है। 85,000 से अधिक ई-मित्र कियोस्क के साथ, यह नागरिक सुविधा को बढ़ाने और राज्य में स्वरोजगार के अवसरों को बढ़ावा देने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाती है।
