Welcome to eMitra Portal

Committed to quick and convenient delivery of citizen services, Government of Rajasthan set up the e-Mitra platform of e-Governance way back in the year 2004.
Currently,Over 250 G2C and B2C services are being provided through this platform across all rural & urban areas in 33 districts of the State.
These services include utility bill payment, application & digitally signed certificate services, banking, tele-medicine, e-commerce services, etc and new services are being added to its fold regularly.

New eMitra Registration

A project which fosters the awareness activities in both rural and urban areas to use Government policies and schemes. New e-Mitra is a dynamic kiosk which delivers a robust service delivery mechanism which shows digital signages to steer you to complete the process in a simplified manner.

Eligibility criteria of business associate for registering new e-Mitra center
  • - Kiosk address proof ( rental agreement of shop / photocopy of electricity bill, Patta, registry ).
  • - Residence address proof ( Voter ID, Aadhar card, Driving license, Ration card, electricity bill ).
  • - For identity – must have Voter ID, Aadhar card, Driving license, passport
  • - Should have net banking enabled bank account
  • - Passport size photocopy of the applicant
  • - Pan card copy
  • - Proof of education qualifications such as 10th, UG or PG
  • - Police verification credential (should be verified within 6 months)
